Spirou Basket Charleroi cruised to an easy win in the Walloon derby against RSW Liège Basket at the Country Hall (65-91) and remains in the running for the Belgian top 5 in the betFIRST BNXT League.
From the beginning of the game, Spirou imposed its will and dominated the game on the physical level, as proven by their 21 offensive rebounds and 11 steals over the whole game. After the break, efficiency dropped on both sides but Liège was unable to react to worry their opponent. Charleroi had no problem to secure its victory (65-91) thanks to Tim Lambrecht (20 points and 8 rebounds), Vincent Kesteloot (19 points and 6 rebounds) and Rafael Lisboa (16 points). For Liège, only Justin Kohajda stood out by posting a double-double (14 points and 16 rebounds).
